To check if your insurance is accepted and what your co-pay is, please email a copy of both sides of you insurance card along with your date of birth for verification to Jennifer (Dr. Maurer’s biller) at precisionbills@gmail.com.

If it turns out that Dr. Maurer is not a member of your insurance panel, Jennifer will provide you with a super-bill to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement.
